Students of Imo State University on Saturday 3rd March
joined students and articulated youths from other institutions in Imo state to march
round the state capital in remembrance of the 20th anniversary of the two-million-man
march for the rapid development of Nigeria on March 1998, under the leadership
of Daniel kanu 20 years ago, IMSUVILA gathered.

The rally despite hindrances recorded success as mammoth
crowd cutting across the 27 local government and higher institution in Imo
state witnessed the march round Owerri the state capital from hero’s square to main
in-land road, to Douglas road connecting to Emmanuel College where it was
rounded off with loads of entertainment alongside refreshment. Imo state university students were mobilized
and made to participate in the rally by one comrade ozil from the faculty of
social science who labored so hard to see to its success. Photos from the two
