Three lecturers of the Ambrose Ali University have been arrested by
the Edo state police for allegedly engaging in cult-related
activities.
The Edo state commissioner of police, Haliru Gwandu, who made this
known on Tuesday, April 18, expressed that firearms were recovered
from the arrested academics.
He stated that a double-barrel gun, single-barrel gun and one pump
action gun were recovered from a professor.
