years in age in your respective Autonomous Community to appear at IICC
Owerri tomorrow by 10am for registration and inauguration in the
Federal Government Youth Programme in Agriculture.

This poverty exercise is real and is on non-partisan basis.

GRADUATES to bring photocopy of their certificates only.

Non-Graduates are not required to bring any document. Just bring yourself.
