undergraduate, was arrested by men of the Nigerian police force in
Benin City, Edo state.
Uhoka had reportedly broken into a clothes store before he was caught
and paraded by the police.
According to reports, Uhoka blamed his activities on 'evil spirits',
saying the spirits pushed him to go and steal and ended up abandoning
him, leading to his arrest.
Here's what he had to say below:
"I'm still a student at UNIZIK, Business Administration. I bought the
bar hammer and bag with the little money I came with, about N4,000. My
intention was to use it to remove the ceiling of the woman's shop and
collect the clothes but I did not succeed. I was pushed by an evil
spirit. I am regretting now. The spirit that made me to do it, is no
longer with me."
Hmmm…Na wa oh!
