Teacher brutalizes 4-year-old for not doing carrying out a task properly

According to an Instagram user@lurdluggard,a 4-year-old who is his
friend's daughter, was flogged mercilessly for not doing a classwork
properly.
The little girl is reportedly in a lot of nerve-wracking pain as a
result of the flogging she received, as the cane was said to have
entered her left eye while the teacher flogged her on the face.
The proprietress of the school reportedly showed no remorse when the
incident was reported to her by the child's mother.
