it was an unforgettable moment for students in library and information science department of IMSU as the converged together in unity and love to solemnize the department's freshers night on Friday 23rd September 2016 at summer suite works layout.
It was remarkable as the student president of the department Rotr. Alex Chikezie seized the opportunity to admonish students of the department to remain hardworking, selfless in service, trust in God and continue support to his led-administration.

The student president made it clear at the occasion that any student of the department who makes grade point of 4.5 in the forth coming exam will earn scholarship,text book voucher and special recognition from the department.

- beauty pageant(Face of library science) and lots more.
MC Chuks and Asorock(MC) anchored the ceremony alongside wonderful music presentation from likes of OK-David, Kristos, official kiss,c-flex and host of other artists.
the occasion also featured the emergence of MR. and MISS NALISS 2016. It was indeed a remarkable celebration.
