15 year old Emmanuel Olamide Makinde has emerged the winner at the
National ICT Olympiad (Lagos state finals),defeating nine other
shortlisted finalists.

organisers say will feature students from the 36 states in Nigeria, as
well as the Federal Capital Territory.
Makinde won a cash prize of N100,000 and a laptop. He will also
benefit from a scholarship worth N100,000 to be administered by NIIT
Lagos. His school, Sacred Heart College. Apapa will also get a school
management software valued at N250,000
