Ugwuegbulem to move into the newly built fire
service station located along Okigwe road Owerri
immediately with his officers and men as well as all
their fire fighting vehicles, fire water tankers and
other fire fighting equipments so as to enable the
new Owerri city school and medical centre take full
possession of their former site at Egbu road by
Wethedral road round the state government
observes that the level of completion of the fire
services structures at Okigwe road permits the
commencement of fire fighting operations while
finishing touches are continued by the contractor
without hindrance.
