Some people say rules are meant to be broken, this picture is a

Despite the federal government's ban on petrol being sold in kegs,
because of the activities of black marketers, some petrol stations
have gone ahead to disobey the directive.
imsuvila has stumbled on a picture of a petrol station attendant
defying the order and selling in many kegs packed in the boot of a
car.

More Nigerians have not taken this order into consideration as a man
was recently killed while selling petrol in Festac, Lagos state.
